“IGCS support of mentorship at our own site with international gynecologic oncologists and with the high burden of gynecologic malignancies in our referral hospital made my training to effective to the standard. the monthly tumor board sessions of difficult case managements’ decisions were paramount of importance. The strict requirement of RED CAP case log entry was also made the number of procedures, I have to fulfill for uncommon conditions was even tighter, but I got the requirements fulfilled and approved at the end. The final IGCS exam was also practical and really knowledge and decision-making assessing Exam!
