IGCS welcomes Kenyan Society to Strategic Alliance Partner Program

We are delighted to announce that the recently formed Gynecologic Oncology Society of Kenya (GOSK) has officially become a part of the International Gynecologic Cancer Society’s Strategic Alliance Partner Program. Founded on 14th June 2023, GOSK was established to unite healthcare professionals, researchers, and advocates with a shared vision of improving the quality of care for women affected by gynecologic cancers in Kenya.

2025 Awards

IGCS is now accepting nominations from IGCS members for the society’s organizational awards program! This year, the submission window has been lengthened to three months, with a deadline of May 1st.

World of Hope Inspiring Progress

As we embark on a new year of hope and determination, we’re pleased to share the incredible strides made by the IGCS World of Hope campaign. We launched our campaign last year with clear goals in mind: to expand mentorship and training programs, extend our educational reach in LMICs and pursue the elimination of cervical cancer. Together, we’ve raised over $90,000 to drive meaningful action!

Importance of Mentorship

Cervical Cancer Awareness

Throughout January, IGCS joins those who observe the first month of the year as Cervical Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM). This observance is an opportunity to start the year with renewed purpose and share several impactful updates as part of IGCS’ ongoing commitment to accelerate the elimination of cervical cancer worldwide.
