New Literature Highlight in the Pathology Corner

The March supplement issue of the International Journal of Gynecologic Pathology is dedicated to findings from the ISGyP Endocervical Adenocarcinoma Project.

The goals of the project were to
1. understand the spectrum of current practices in pathologic evaluation and reporting of endocervical adenocarcinoma, including a review of the literature and a member survey,
2. improve global reproducibility of endocervical adenocarcinoma classification and pathologic reporting; and
3. assess prognostic significance of WHO/IECC endocervical adenocarcinoma classification and Silva pattern-based classification of HPV-associated adenocarcinomas.

Summaries of the articles are provided in the IGCS Pathology Corner.
