  • Beginner: Pose as if you are going to jump off a step or jump outside with family and friends.
  • Intermediate: Bounce on a trampoline or perform jumping jacks.
  • Advanced: Jump rope or leap over hurdles.
  • Extreme: Go skydiving or paragliding!

2 Post your photos or videos on social media throughout June:

    Why the #Jump4June Challenge

    Raise Awareness

Uterine cancer is the most common gynecologic cancer, yet many people don’t know the risks, symptoms, or the importance of early detection. Jumping for June sparks conversations, gains interest, and spreads critical information.

    Encourage Prevention & Healthy Lifestyles

Jumping symbolizes movement and physical activity—one way to promote overall health and lower the risk of uterine cancer. With obesity rates rising worldwide, sharing healthy habits can inspire others to take preventive steps.

    Amplify Advocacy Efforts

By making #Jump4June a viral trend, we push uterine cancer awareness onto a larger stage, encouraging more research, funding, and policy changes to improve outcomes and advance equitable care.

    Show Solidarity & Support

A collective effort sends a strong message of support to those affected by uterine cancer. Whether you’re a survivor, caregiver, health care provider, or an advocate, your jump is a statement of unity.

    It’s Fun & Engaging!

A jumping challenge is easy to do and visually impactful. People can get creative—jump solo, with friends, at work, or even with pets! The more engaging the content, the farther the message spreads.
