Discover a powerful global network dedicated to supporting those impacted by gynecologic cancers. 

IGCAN is comprised of patient support groups, foundations, charities and organizations dedicated to providing and improving gynecologic cancer patient and survivorship support and care worldwide. Currently there are over 700 members from 95 countries. So much work is done by regional support groups, foundations, and charities, and we have been working towards a more formal way to recognize those groups as members of the IGCAN. Our directory is meant for just this purpose – to highlight and provide a visual of the power of our network worldwide.

The Advocacy Network Directory is a centralized, accessible database that connects patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders with relevant organizations offering support, information, and resources to those affected by gynecologic cancers. With our directory, you can:

  • Use our filters to search any of our organization’s offerings that match your needs
  • Get to know organizations that comprise our network, with completed profiles, program information, and contact information to learn more
  • Create your own listing for an advocacy organization you are affiliated with!

Incredible work in patient advocacy and outreach is being done around the world. The IGCAN Directory was developed to increase visibility of this work, foster collaboration among network partners, and to help those in need locate and contact organizations offering support and services.

The directory is meant to serve three main purposes:

How to Join

  1. Create an Account: Sign up with your name and email.
  2. Submit Your Listing: Add details about your organization, programs, and contact information.
  3. Verification: Our team will review and approve your listing within 5–7 days.
  4. Go Live: Once approved, your listing will be visible and accessible to all!

Frequently Asked Questions

To qualify for a listing, organizations must engage directly with the public or patient population through activities such as outreach, education, support services, or advocacy campaigns. Listed organizations must demonstrate active contribution to public and patient involvement, whether through policy work, partnerships, community outreach, or by amplifying the voices of the populations served. Listings are subject to review and approval by the International Gynecologic Cancer Society Advocacy Committee.

The organization should have their advocacy lead create an account and create a listing. Only one listing should be submitted on behalf of an organization. The account holder would be the curator of your organizational information for our directory, and please make sure this information can be shared if any staffing updates or changes are anticipated!

Only one listing will be approved for each organization.
