Jump4June Challenge
The viral social media #Jump4June Challenge returns for 2026. We observed over 43 countries participating last year - help us go further!
1 Record a video or take a photo of yourself (or a group) performing a jump, whether it's a small hop or a large leap. Feel free to get creative with your video footage!
2 Post your videos and photos on social media throughout June:
- Share your jump on your platform of choice with a message to spread knowledge and awareness about uterine cancer.
- Tag IGCS and IGCAN in your posts. Mentions are the only way we are sure to find your post.
- Invite IGCS and/or IGCAN to "collaborate" on your post on Instagram. This makes us a co-author of your post. You can find it in the tagging section when creating a post. We will review collaboration requests to ensure they are in line with campaign messaging.
- Use the hashtags #Jump4June and #UCAM in your posts.
3 Challenge and inspire others:
- Challenge your friends or followers to take part in the #Jump4June challenge by tagging them in your post as well.
- Direct your followers to resources where they can learn more about uterine cancer.

Why the #Jump4June Challenge

Raise Awareness
Uterine cancer is the most common gynecologic cancer, yet many people don’t know the risks, symptoms, or the importance of early detection. Jumping for June sparks conversations, gains interest, and spreads critical information.

Encourage Prevention & Healthy Lifestyles
Jumping symbolizes movement and physical activity—one way to promote overall health and lower the risk of uterine cancer. With obesity rates rising worldwide, sharing healthy habits can inspire others to take preventive steps.

Amplify Advocacy Efforts
By making #Jump4June a viral trend, we push uterine cancer awareness onto a larger stage, encouraging more research, funding, and policy changes to improve outcomes and advance equitable care.

Show Solidarity & Support
A collective effort sends a strong message of support to those affected by uterine cancer. Whether you’re a survivor, caregiver, health care provider, or an advocate, your jump is a statement of unity.

It’s Fun & Engaging!
A jumping challenge is easy to do and visually impactful. People can get creative—jump solo, with friends, at work, or even with pets! The more engaging the content, the farther the message spreads.
Connect with us on Social Media
Please follow these accounts and remember to tag us in your posts so we can better measure the reach and impact of the awareness campaign. Mentioning us is the only way you can be sure we will find it!
We also encourage collaborative posts on Instagram. Requests to collaborate will be reviewed to ensure the content aligns with the campaign. If approved, the collaboration will show your post to both your followers and IGCS-IGCAN followers and viewers will be able to see that we have collaborated on the post.
