BIG – Breakthrough In Gynaecologic Oncology

Gynecologic oncology remains a rapidly evolving field, requiring continuous updates on the latest advancements in diagnosis, treatment, and patient management. Malignancies such as ovarian, cervical, endometrial, and vulvar cancers demand a multidisciplinary approach that integrates surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and emerging targeted therapies. This conference aims to provide a platform for leading experts, researchers, and clinicians to discuss cutting-edge innovations in gynecologic oncology. Key topics will include molecular and genetic insights into tumor development, advances in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, novel systemic therapies, immunotherapy applications, and personalized treatment strategies. Additionally, the role of artificial intelligence, biomarkers, and precision medicine in optimizing patient outcomes will be explored. Another critical aspect is survivorship and quality of life, as improved therapeutic options lead to longer survival. Addressing long-term side effects, fertility preservation, and psychosocial care remains essential in comprehensive cancer management. By fostering scientific exchange and collaboration, this conference seeks to enhance clinical practice, bridge gaps between research and application, and ultimately improve the prognosis and quality of life for patients with gynecologic cancers.
