Meet Fay Peace, a survivor of stage 3 womb cancer from the UK who successfully petitioned the distributors of a well-known brand of feminine hygiene products to include information about the signs and symptoms of gynecologic cancers directly on their packaging. Known as @CancerCampaigner on Instagram, she is calling on advocates everywhere to join her in amplifying the #CheckYouOut campaign. Will you respond to her call?

This video project utilizes the public narrative framework of telling a story in three parts – a story of self, a story of us, and a story of now. Watch the conversation between Fay and IGCS Communications Specialist, Debbie Leopold and learn how you can utilize the public narrative framework to motivate others to action. Fay will present her public narrative to a live audience at the IGCS-IGCAN Patient Advocacy Summit in Dublin on October 15th – and a recording will be made available on the IGCS You Tube channel after the event.

This video project was supported by Karyopharm.
